Dynarex L-Mesitran Soft Honey Wound Gel is a primary dressing gel that contains 40% medical-grade honey, hypoallergenic lanolin, and vitamins C & E. When in contact with the wound, fluid is drawn from the surrounding tissues through osmosis, creating a moist healing environment.
Soft does not adhere to the wound and prevents secondary dressings from adhering to the wound.
